Albert Camus Classics Series

Book Covers, Special Edition Package, POP Displays

Designing a Camus series led to analyzing absurdist thinking and an in–depth look at the themes of his most popular novels. Inspired by Absurdist philosophy, the visual language is dark and ironic yet approachable to readers.

Patterned icons of the stories' main motifs are introduced on the covers and sleeve. As a series, the color blocking of each book creates a harmony that coincides with the special edition packaging. The Classics Series Edition system serves to spark interest and conversation about absurdist fiction and the human condition.
